    How much notice do you need before my vacation?
    As little as a few days works for most vacation watch bookings. We do ask that we have enough time to do a quick walkthrough before your departure so we can document the baseline condition of your home and note anything that needs monitoring while you are gone.
    What exactly do you check on each visit?
    Every visit follows our full inspection protocol, the same checklist we use for our long term snowbird clients. We check HVAC function, run water in all sinks and showers to maintain P-traps, inspect for pests, walk the exterior for storm or irrigation damage, collect any mail or notices from the door, and walk every room for anything unusual.
    What happens if a storm hits while I am gone?
    Monsoon season in Arizona moves fast. If a significant storm rolls through during your trip we will check the exterior of your property and contact you if anything looks concerning. We do not wait for a scheduled visit if conditions warrant an immediate check.
    Do you offer any add ons for vacation watch clients?
    Yes. You can add a Priority Monsoon Check for next day storm inspections, Vehicle Care to keep your cars and golf carts maintained, Indoor Plant Care on your specific watering schedule, and Keyholder access if you need someone on site for a vendor or contractor while you are away.
    Is vacation watch available year round or only in the summer?
    We are available year round. Whether you are heading out in January for a winter trip or leaving in August, we provide coverage whenever your home needs a professional eye on it.
