$25/visit
Opt in for priority post-storm service. After a major West Valley storm or haboob, we conduct a next day exterior inspection: roof, walls, windows, yard, pool equipment, and fencing. Includes a photo report of any damage found. You are placed at the top of our response list.
ðŠī Indoor Plant Care
$25/visit
Watering and monitoring of indoor house plants on your specific schedule. We follow your care instructions and notify you if any plants show signs of stress. Billed per dedicated visit since most vacations are too short to align plant watering with weekly property checks.
ð Keyholder / Vendor Access
$45/hr (2 hr min)
We meet, let in, and supervise any vendor or contractor at your property: AC repair, pest control, plumbers, deliveries, HOA inspections, etc. Billed hourly because vendor visits are unpredictable â a plumber might take 45 minutes or all day.
ðĻ Emergency Contact
1 free/mo, then $45/visit
We serve as your primary local contact for security alarm triggers, HOA emergencies, or neighbor calls. Your first emergency site visit each month is included at no charge. Each additional emergency visit is billed at $45.
All add-on pricing is in addition to your weekly visit rate. Add-ons can be added or removed at any time.

How to Prep Your Home
You do not need to do a full seasonal shutdown for a short trip. Just handle these few basics before you head out, and we will take care of the rest.
What We Need YOU to Do Before You Leave:
ðĄïļ Set the Thermostat
Leave the AC on and set your thermostat to no higher than 85 degrees. Do not turn the AC off. Your home will heat up fast and put stress on everything inside.
ð§ LEAVE THE WATER ON
Do not shut off your main water valve. We need the water on to run fixtures and check for leaks.
ð Lock It Up
Lock all doors, windows, and sliders before you leave. Do a final walk through to confirm.
ðïļ Provide Access
Make sure we have your current gate codes, garage keypad codes, and that the physical key is in the lockbox.
ðŦ Handle the Mail
If you will be gone more than a week, set up a USPS hold or mail forwarding. Piled up mail is the clearest signal to burglars that nobody is home.
ðïļ Clear Perishables
If you will be gone more than a few days, toss anything in the fridge that will spoil before you return.
ðŪ Take Out Personal Trash
Empty interior trash cans into the main bins so nothing sits stinking or attracting pests.
ðŠ Patio Furniture (Monsoon Season)
If you are traveling during monsoon season (June through September), bring in lightweight cushions, umbrellas, and furniture that could blow around in a storm.

Vacation watch is designed for shorter absences of two to four weeks. Your home stays live, there is no seasonal shutdown, and you are billed weekly instead of monthly. Snowbird watch is built for the full summer and includes a complete lockdown, humidity management, and water main shutoff.
Yes. Leave the main water valve on so we can run fixtures and check for leaks on every visit. Shutting off the water is part of a full seasonal shutdown and is not required for short trips.
You get a notification when we arrive and when we leave. After every visit you get a digital inspection report. If anything needs your attention, you get a photo report the same day.
If a significant storm rolls through, we will do a courtesy exterior check and contact you if anything looks concerning. For guaranteed next day post-storm inspections, add the Priority Monsoon Check to your plan.
